Our speaker today is dedicated to the idea that all opportunities come from people. He has studied thousands of successful people to discover that nobody is really “self made”. When you build relationships based on trust and accountability, you have more success.
As the host of the popular “Making Waves at C-Level” podcast (as well as hosting several other podcasts for companies and associations) he has interviewed over 1000 business leaders about success. Through these in-depth conversations he has learned that there is no single thing that holds people back. Nor is there a single solution to reaching the top levels of business. But the common denominator is having a strong network and personal brand.
Our speaker has had an eclectic career in sales and marketing for Fortune 500 companies, Law Firms, and small companies. He has written 12 books and when he was 21-years-old he was a five day returning champion on the $25,000 Pyramid game show.
Scott Zimmer
Scott is a proud Gen Xer and BridgeWorks’ Director of Keynotes and Training. With over 20 years of professional speaking experience, he has delivered generational insights and solutions to companies all over the world. Scott is a firm believer that people are a company’s greatest asset. With every presentation, he works hard to make sure every generation feels valued, respected, and understood. He crafts presentations that clearly illustrate the tension that can occur between generations and provides straightforward solutions to help bridge gaps and encourage better understanding in the workplace.
Andrew Bray
Andrew is NALP’s Vice President of Government Affairs. NALP is the driving force behind protecting and advocating for the interests of landscapers. As we head into the mid-term elections, Andrew will provide an update on the political shift and policy changes and challenges that will directly impact your business. Issues covered will include H2B, pesticide regulations, noise issues, electric equipment and more. He will highlight what’s been done, the ongoing efforts and his understanding of the road ahead.

Cancellation Policy
All cancelation requests must be made in writing and emailed to Pam.Hill@BruceWilsonCompany.com Voice mails will not be accepted.
A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be provided if received by May 24, 2022. A 50% refund will be provided if the request is received up to July 1, 2022. No refunds will be issued after that day or for no shows. Attendees can notify conference staff at any time that another individual will attend the event in their place.
Hotel rooms must be cancelled directly with the JW Marriott in accordance with their terms.
