Online Webinar: The Power of Financial Dashboarding
March 9, 2023 @ 1:00 pm
Gone are the days when simply receiving a balance sheet and income statement 2 or 3 weeks after month-end is an effective management strategy. Today’s fast-paced environment demands accurate and timely access to data allowing real-time management of key production and cost factors, both internally and externally. Learn how good financial dashboard reporting can unlock critical insights into operating and financial performance and warn of potential issues before they occur.
Data volume does not equate to data value or even data validity.
Financial and production data are often provided in a seemingly endless series of spreadsheets or locked in different systems, never to be utilized. Data points must have verified validity and be given context to be meaningful and useful. The art of combining data from multiple systems results in a financial dashboard that provides key performance information in a usable, timely, and interactive format.
Clients should be expected to pay a fair price for a business’s services; they should not be expected to pay for its inefficiencies.
Finding efficiencies in internal and field operations can often add critical percentage points to net operating income. Using available accounting and production data, see how a good financial dashboard can expose inefficiencies more easily, both at a macro level, such as a selling division or branch, and a micro level, right down to crew leads and properties.”
